Order process
Here you will find a short guide to the uncomplicated ordering process at Guard and Grading.

Our service is versatile. The number of gradings should correspond to the number of cards that are sent in.

As soon as the gradings are in the shopping basket, a shipping method must be selected. You can choose between standard shipping, which is insured up to €500, or several Intex shipping methods. These allow the insurance of valuable items, which is why we recommend this shipping method for high-priced cards.
Please note that the choice of shipping method is for the return of the card(s).
By purchasing a grading you agree to Guard and Grading’s terms and conditions.

After the gradings have been purchased and paid for, it is your responsibility to send us the cards. You can also bring them to us in person.
How you deliver the cards to us, what shipping methods you use, etc., is not part of the grading purchase and warranty by Guard and Grading. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the cards reach us safely. All shipments are filmed and documented by us upon opening.

Please include a list of your cards and a note with your order number in the parcel. Please make sure that your parcel is addressed to Guard and Grading GmbH (GnG GmbH).

Our assessors will now become active. As soon as the grading is complete, the cards will be sent back to you. The tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. As soon as you have received the graded cards back and are satisfied with the results, we would of course be happy about a little post e.g. an Instagram story! If you tag our social media channels, we’ll share them, too 😉

We strongly recommend using Intex shipping, especially for valuable cards. If you live in Germany, you can use this shipping method with our promo code to send the cards to our appraisers. The shipping service specialises in transporting valuable items such as expensive trading cards.
